About Me
My name is Jack Lovell, Bar manager of Basic Kitchen; I’ve been bartending for 4.5 years and have developed a keen passion for the culinary arts – particularly in liquid form. Creating cocktails, both using classic techniques and ingredients, and in addition to more modern and culinary infusions is a way for me to tell my story and communicate my story and expressing the knowledge I’ve gained as well as breaking boundaries. Watching someone take a sip of a drink and seeing a subsequent smile after fills my heart like nothing else. Cheers.
