About Me

Paul Farmer began his culinary career in the San Francisco Bay Area, working in Michelin-starred restaurants. New opportunities brought him to Los Angeles, where he honed his skills opening restaurants and working under the guidance talented chefs, including Chef Ludo Lefebvre at his Hollywood establishment, Petit Trois.
In 2021, Paul moved to Charleston. Joining the team at Butcher & Bee, he led the kitchen during the restaurant’s James Beard nomination for Outstanding Restaurant. The following year, Paul took over the kitchen of Three Sirens in Park Circle, where he led the kitchen with a focus on celebrating locally-sourced seafood, proteins and produce.
Paul is currently the Executive Chef at The Archer, putting out approachable comfort food with a twist.
