About Me

Camylle Coley is the Architect and Founder behind Siwani Spirits, the first premium spirits brand to engineer a portfolio of award-winning luxury spirits solely from the “Golden Seed”: Carolina Gold rice. A scientist by trade with a background in international diplomacy and defense, Camylle is applying her laboratory expertise to a singular blueprint: designing world-class spirits that honor the genius and history of the Gullah Geechee people.

The result is Siwani.

As the only Geechee woman currently producing spirits exclusively from this heirloom crop, using a 100% Carolina Gold rice mash bill with no fillers, Camylle has constructed a category of her own. Her debut expression, Silva (Krio for Silver), defies traditional classification, securing a Gold Medal at the Proof Awards and Silver at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. She followed this with Clü, a rare rice whiskey rested in cognac casks, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to unapologetic artistry and excellence in craft.

For Camylle, Siwani is not just a spirits brand; it is evidence. By reclaiming the legacy of her ancestors and structuring it for the modern palate, she offers more than a pour. She offers a map home.
