About Me
Brandon has spent nearly his entire life in the Lowcountry. Growing up up in Beaufort, he developed an interest in cooking at young age. He attended the College of Charleston in 2004, and immediately immersed himself in the culinary scene. He is currently the Chef de Cuisine at King BBQ in North Charleston, working under Chef Shuai Wang.
