About Me

Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Stefano Francavilla started to love and
appreciate the hospitality world by working bars in London, UK in the
early 2000s. Eventually the passion for tequila and agave spirits
brought him to Guadalajara, almost 20 years ago, which he still calls
home today. He started working the other side of the bar by being
part of the developing and release of Tequila Calle 23 mainly for the
European market and then supported all sides of business during his
11 years at Tequila Fortaleza. In early 2025 he joined LALO Tequila as
Director of Brand Advocacy, helping lay out and lead international expansion.
