About Me
Born and raised in New Jersey, I’ve been immersed in the culinary world for over 20 years, starting my journey in high school before attending Johnson and Wales University. My love for food extends beyond the kitchen—I spend time hunting, fishing, foraging, and farming deepening my connection to the ingredients I work with.
Throughout my career, I have worked at numerous fine dining restaurants extending from the East to West Coast. After years in the industry, I relocated to South Carolina 6 years ago to start a family. We have a two-acre homestead and run a small farm business selling produce to the Charleston area.
