Amanee Neirouz
She/her/hersAbout Me
Amanee Neirouz’s culinary path is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose. Originally from a small town outside Cincinnati, she came to Charleston in 2005 and began her hospitality career as a butcher at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island. She soon joined Relish Restaurant Group, where she grew from pastry cook to Executive Chef of Tristan Catering & Events — a role that allowed her to combine creativity with leadership and a deep respect for local ingredients.
Her work has earned national and international recognition, including representing the United States at the Hazelnut Festival in Cortemilia, Italy, and earning Food Network Magazine’s “Best Frozen Dessert” for her Smoked Chocolate Parfait. Beyond the kitchen, Amanee has championed Charleston’s hospitality community through mentorship and service, including as Past President of the Charleston chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International.
Today, as General Manager for Ms. Rose’s Fine Food & Cocktails, Amanee leads with the belief that food is about connection — between people, traditions, and place. Her approach to hospitality blends technical excellence with heart, honoring both the craft of cooking and the people who make it possible.
Whether mentoring young chefs, developing new concepts, or simply sharing a meal, Amanee continues to shape Charleston’s culinary landscape with humility, warmth, and a genuine love for the community she serves.
