Kym Mosely-Freeman, a Charleston native is chef and owner of Party Thyme Catering. While she specializes in the beloved Low Country dishes, Kym also prepares many unique dishes that incorporate locally sourced produce and seafood. Kym’s love for cooking started at a very young age and the doors to cooking professionally opened over 20 years ago as a student in the Culinary Arts program at Burke High School. From that Kym has experience working in various kitchens but she is most passionate about catering; providing a delicious meal and great customer service for her clients and their guests.
Kym loves entertaining friends and family and allowing them to try and critique her new creations.
When not in the kitchen is spending time with her husband Keith and daughters Dionah and Karys.
