About Me
As Chef De Cusine at Millers All Day Downtown location, Chad thrives on the
fast paced environment and attention to detail.
Chef Kirkland has been in kitchens his whole life. He worked his way up in
kitchens and became sous chef at Seabrook Island Club at the age of 22. And
now at 27 he holds the role as CDC.
In his free time when he’s not in the kitchen you can find him in the woods
hunting and fishing. He also loves to travel and see the world with his wife
Clarieth Kirkland. In February, he and Clarieth will welcome their first child, a baby girl!
