About Me

Theodora is a wood-fired Mediterranean restaurant from Chef Tomer Blechman of Miss Ada and Nili. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, Theodora—together with its sister bakery, Thea—celebrates dry-aged fish, seasonal ingredients, and open-fire cooking. The menu highlights the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean: smoky vegetables, house-baked breads, and sustainably sourced meats and fish, all showcased through the open-fire grill at the center of the dining room.

Since opening, Theodora has become a neighborhood gathering place known for its lively energy, heartfelt hospitality, and a beverage program featuring inventive cocktails and natural wines.
