As the former Maitre’d and General Manager of the renowned Charleston Grill, Mickey has become a force for hospitality in the culinary world. Having created many of the Charleston Wine + Food festival’s premier dinners over the years, he has brought some of the country’s top chefs to Charleston. Chefs like Daniel Boulud, Nancy Silverton, Tom Collichio and many others have been guests here as a result of Mickey’s influence and connection in the hospitality industry nation wide..
Now retired, Mickey focuses his energy on his charities, Feed the Need and Ben’s Friends.
