About Me

Maura Griffin is the lead Banquet Captain at the Grand Bohemian Charleston. She launched their signature Cocktail Classes and works extensively on the bar and beverage program for Eleve Rooftop Restaurant, Maison Cafe and the Bohemian Wine Bar. She also teaches Wine Blending classes. In the past, she was part of the opening team at The Last Saint, and also worked at Macintosh and Revelry Brewing Co. Maura was born in Baltimore but has been in Charleston extensively since graduating from the College of Charleston. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Charleston food and beverage scene with her dog Remy.
