My name is Kenneth “Pnut” Brown Jr, and I am a 24 year old local Chef. I grew up on James Island, and obtained my love for the kitchen from my grandmother. My experience ranges from cooking with her, to working in a couple restaurants around Charleston. I now own a cinnamon roll business by the name of Geechee Rolls where I not only express my love for cooking through desserts, but also spread knowledge and stories of the beautiful and rich Gullah Geechee culture that originated here in Charleston, SC.
