Jolie Oree-Bailey
She/her/hersAbout Me
Chef Enjolik “Jolie” Oree-Bailey is the founder and CEO of Low Country Quisine, the largest African-American-owned full-service catering company in Dallas-Fort Worth. Known for blending Southern comfort with modern style, she has built a multi-million-dollar brand trusted by celebrities, corporations, and luxury venues nationwide.
A former corporate executive, Jolie left that world in 2007 to pursue her passion for food. Today, she leads a team of chefs and professionals dedicated to creating unforgettable culinary experiences. Her clients include the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Erykah Badu, Charlamagne Tha God, and the late Congressman John Lewis.
Rooted in her Charleston heritage, Jolie was inspired by her grandparents’ love of Lowcountry cooking and her mother’s encouragement of creativity and entrepreneurship. She is also the author of two interactive e-cookbooks, host of a growing YouTube channel, and a regular on television.
