Originally from Torreón, Coahuila, Mexican chef Eduardo Zorrilla has dedicated over a decade to perfecting his passion for gastronomy, with extensive experience both in Mexico and abroad, including the United States and Canada. Specializing in hotel gastronomy, Eduardo has made his mark in renowned brands such as Four Seasons, Belmond, Hyatt, Rosewood, and Hilton. His career has led him to play a key role in the opening and conceptual development of hotels and restaurants in diverse locations such as Playa del Carmen, Puebla, San Miguel de Allende, Punta de Mita, Texas, California and Canada. Eduardo Zorrilla attributes his love for cooking to his mother, who, influenced by her years living in Italy, introduced Eduardo to the flavors of both Italian and Mexican cuisine. Over the years, Eduardo has developed a culinary style that he describes as ‘carefully careless’ This approach balances product knowledge and precise techniques with a touch of spontaneity, allowing the essence of the ingredients to shine in every dish. His culinary philosophy focuses on details and showcasing the product with respect, but above all, with the goal of making the guest happy.
