Caroline Glover is the chef and owner of Annette and Traveling Mercies, two nationally recognized spots in Aurora, Colorado. She is a James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: Mountain (2022) and has also been honored by Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, Esquire, Eater, and 5280. In 2019, Food & Wine named her one of the 10 Best New Chefs in America. Traveling Mercies was named one of Esquire’s Best Bars in America in 2024 and a 2025 James Beard semifinalist for Best New Bar.
