About Me

A Charlotte native. Cameron got his start in the culinary industry shucking oyster’s and washing dishes at a local dive bar in high school. Quickly falling under the spell of the industry lifestyle, he quickly moved up the line and found his passion for cooking and started his life’s journey into the culinary arts. After working in Charlotte restaurant for 10 years he moved to Charleston to go on to work at some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants as sous chef. After working off and on for Roti Rolls food truck he broke out on his own to start a ghost kitchen concept during the hight of the Covid 19 pandemic with his take on smash burgers. Using social media and 3 person delivery services and curbside pickup to get his product out to people in a safe environment. Now expanding into a trailer you can find him around Charleston bring his fun funky twist of backyard bbq street food to local breweries and festivals. ✌️❤️🍔
