About Me

Chef Reggie Miller is a Charleston native and accomplished Private Chef, celebrated for his farm-to-table philosophy and innovative approach to contemporary cuisine. Drawing inspiration from global flavors and techniques, he creates immersive dining experiences that honor local ingredients while weaving stories of place, people, and tradition.

Chef Miller began his culinary journey at the age of 14 in the West Ashley High School Culinary Arts program, where he was recognized as the 2020 Technology Champion for the Trident Region. His Culinary Program Leader described him as “everything the West Ashley High School Culinary program stands for – knowledge, techniques, a strong network, passion, creativity, and leadership.” This early foundation laid the groundwork for a career defined by dedication, craft, and vision.

Continuing his training in Charleston’s fine dining restaurants under the mentorship of seasoned chefs, Miller developed a strong technical foundation and a creative style that blends international inspiration with regional traditions. From 2025 to 2027, he serves as a partner with the South Carolina Aquarium, honored for his commitment to sustainable seafood. He works closely with local fishermen, seafood markets, and farmers across South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina, emphasizing responsible sourcing while helping preserve the Lowcountry’s waterways.

With a passion for sustainability, storytelling, and innovation, Chef Reggie Miller is emerging as one of Charleston’s most dynamic young self-made chefs, redefining Southern hospitality for a global stage.
