We’re excited to announce the recipients of the 2026 Charleston Wine + Food Community Impact Award! Congratulations to the following individuals and organization: Shuai + Corrie Wang, Lisa Buzzelli, Ted Dombrowski, ‘Emma Cromedy, and Lowcountry Local First.

CHSWF is so much more than just a five-day festival—it’s a vibrant organization dedicated to celebrating the Lowcountry’s rich culinary culture and the people who shape it.

Through impactful educational initiatives and programs in local schools and colleges, CHSWF is building a robust community of culinary leaders driven by compassion, creativity, and innovation. Join us on January 27th to celebrate these individuals and organizations making a real difference in our community.

Shell yeah 🦪

Shucked is back, celebrating the Lowcountry’s crown jewel — our oysters. From raw and steamed to fried and in a shooter, every bite tells the story of the salt marshes, local waters, and coastal traditions that make this place so special.

We’re proud to have the South Carolina Department of Agriculture helping bring this oyster love to life, highlighting the incredible ingredients and producers that define our state. Along the Cooper River, with the help of our friends at @experiencemp, you’ll sip + shuck with sweeping waterfront views and a golden Lowcountry sunset.

Thanks to @saveur, we’re able to celebrate the flavors + stories that put Charleston on the culinary map!
