Isabel “Izzy” Tulloch is a hospitality and beverage professional, with over ten years of experience that began at a New Jersey pizza parlor. After years at a fine-dining restaurant, she found her passion behind the bar, eventually competing in cocktail competitions and making waves in New York City.
Now a celebrated figure in the New York bar scene, Izzy has held roles as Beverage Director of HiHi Room and Head Bartender at Milady’s. During her tenure Milady’s earned spots on North America’s 50 Best Bars list for 2023 and 2024, as well as multiple top 4 nominations for Spirited Awards including ‘best new bar’ ‘best barteam’ and ‘best American cocktail bar’, and one of Esquire’s ‘Best Bars in America, 2023’.
Tulloch’s influence on the industry is clear with StarChefs “Rising Star” nominations (2022 and 2025), multiple competition wins, and a Spirited Awards top 10 nomination for U.S. Bartender of the Year. Today, she is a recognized figure in the New York City bar scene and has gained international attention for her joy and creativity behind the bar.
Now, one half of A Pop-Up Called Pancakes, the duo puts their signature hospitality at the forefront, offering world-class cocktails, tasty tasty wine, and little bit of Jersey.
