Iain (they/them) is a hospitality entrepreneur, educator & bartender who has spent more than half their life working across the industry.
From menu & venue design with boundary pushing drinks & concepts as well as high-end hotel bars around the world alongside some infamously wild parties. Iain’s mark on the global food & drink scene over the last decade is capped off as co-founder of both the Mr Lyan bar empire & sustainable pioneers Trash Collective (fka Trash Tiki).
Now calling Brooklyn home, Iain is the owner of Bar Snack in the East Village, which in its short time open has already garnered much attention for its welcoming energy & “dressed up classics for dressed down people” hospitality.
