Amanda Phelps, Beverage Manager at Frannie & The Fox, has been in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years, immersing herself in all sides of the restaurant business. A native North Carolinian, Amanda has called Charleston home for almost 10 years, and prior to joining the team at Frannie & The Fox, she advanced from a server to bar manager at establishments including Parcel 32, Felix Cocktails et Cuisine and Butcher and Bee. Amanda has a passion for crafting cocktail programs and creating new drinks, using her vast knowledge of all aspects of the food and beverage industry to expertly pair the cocktail menu with Frannie’s food menu of Southern fare with Italian sensibilities. She is also responsible for teaching and training others behind the bar, ensuring all bartenders extend the same level of excellent service guests have come to know at Frannie & The Fox and The Den.
