Ally moved to Athens, GA from Hampton, VA for college and after graduating from UGA and falling in love with the city, she never left. She has spent 10+ years in the Athens food and beverage scene managing various bar programs before opening her own spot, Puma Yu’s – a celebrated restaurant with a sustainable and rotating cocktail program that blends Thai tradition with southern ingredients. Her hard work awarded her Local Palate Magazine’s Best Mixologist of Georgia in 2025.
