Demo Menu Details

We are excited for you to hit the Duke’s Mayo Demo Kitchen this year! Thank you for completing this form so our Culinary Ops team can set you up for success. Please submit a recipe for your sample item that we will prepare on your behalf unless otherwise discussed, as well as for your item you will be demoing on stage. If it is the same recipe, please share it in both sections.

Please provide the recipe for the sample that guests watching the demo will get to enjoy. Our Culinary Ops team will execute this menu item on your behalf unless otherwise instructed by you.

Please provide the recipe for the dish you will be demoing on stage. Be sure to include ingredients, cook times, and equipment needs. Our Culinary Ops team will prep your ingredients and ensure you have what you need on stage for your demo.

Culinary logistic needs

Serviceware(Required)

Charleston Wine + Food will provide all disposables, utensils, napkins, prep and serving tables. Our Culinary Logistics Team will choose a disposable we think is best suited for your dish based on what we can source due to the global supply chain issues. Please feel free to provide any notes you would like for us to keep in mind as we select your disposables.

Prep Kitchen schedule(Required)

The Prep Kitchen will be open Wednesday, March 6th – Sunday, March 10th. Please indicate when you will need prep kitchen time. There will be experienced Culinary Support at the prep kitchen during open hours that will be available if you need assistance prepping for your event. Please let us know when you plan to be in the prep kitchen.

Equipment needs at prep kitchen(Required)

If you are going to be prepping in one of our prep kitchens, please provide any specialty equipment needed (i.e. mixer, food processor, blender, etc.). Charleston Wine + Food provides a fully stocked prep kitchen for chefs. PLEASE NOTE: If you are prepping in a prep kitchen, you’ll be assigned to an off-site prep kitchen.

Please let us know what equipment you will need onsite at your event to successfully execute your menu. You may request equipment needed onsite including burners, pots, pans, table top griddle, chafing dish, cutting board, mixing bowls, serving bowls and platters.
