Tequila is on track to become America’s favorite spirit, and the Margarita has for decades been the country’s favorite cocktail. But how much does the choice of tequila bring to the Margarita mix? And what else should we know about Mexico’s signature spirit? In this session, we’ll taste and talk through several tequila options to figure out what makes each one tick, then try them in our own Margaritas to understand how the cocktail really works
