It’s martini o’clock, and La Cave is serving it up in style! Join Culinary Director Alex Eaton and guest chef Kristen Hall of Birmingham’s La Fête for a multi-course lunch where classic French technique meets playful indulgence. Paul Clarke, Executive Editor of Imbibe, hosts this spirited afternoon, while Beverage Director Hailey Knight elevates every course with inventive martinis and cocktail riffs designed to delight and surprise. Sip, savor, and revel in a long, luxurious lunch where the martinis steal the show.
