You can’t talk about Charleston’s food scene without mentioning Husk and its role in redefining Southern cuisine through its commitment to ingredient-driven dishes and hyper-local sourcing. Join us in celebrating 15 years of Husk with an extra special dinner menu that brings together purveyors who have been with Husk since the very beginning, alongside new partners they have discovered along the way. Expect an evening that showcases Husk’s commitment to honoring small producers, purveyors, and farmers, and to sustaining the rich foodways of the Lowcountry and surrounding region. The evening will be complemented by thoughtful wine and whiskey pairings, featuring Robert Sinskey and Bardstown.
