Raise your glass for a celebratory dinner of culinary and Champagne excellence! Join us at Circa 1886 as we honor Marc Collins, founding Charleston Wine + Food chef chair, for his lasting impact on the organization and the local culinary community.

Adding extra sparkle to the evening, Eric Asimov, The New York Times Wine Critic, will host an interactive Champagne showdown. Guests will receive a printed menu with two wine choices per course and a scoring card to vote on which pairing they think works best. At the end, Eric will reveal his winning selections, share his reasoning, and allow you to compare your scores to his; turning dinner into a fun, educational, and effervescent tasting experience.

It’s part celebration, part competition, and all bubbles! An unforgettable dinner for wine and food lovers alike!
