Join us for an unforgettable evening with Chef Bintou N’daw, as she takes you on a multi-course tasting journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Africa. Each course tells its own story—featuring vibrant ingredients like baobab seeds, palm oil, dawadawa, and alligator nutmeg—and honoring the deep ties between African foodways and the Lowcountry.

To further immerse your palette, wines will be intentionally curated by Cha McCoy CS, MBA, celebrated sommelier and author of Wine for the People, whose thoughtful selections will bring new depth and discovery to every bite.

To make the night even sweeter, guests will also head home with a specially curated bag of goodies, extending the journey beyond the table.
