Step onto the dock at Bowens Island Restaurant, an iconic Lowcountry fish camp that has been serving the community for more than 75 years. Recognized with a James Beard Foundation Award as an American Classic, Bowens Island has left an indelible mark on Charleston’s culinary landscape while remaining true to its humble, soulful roots.
For this special dockside lunch, Chef Graham Calabria will present a bountiful seafood feast that celebrates the waters of the Lowcountry—oysters, shrimp, fish, and more—prepared with the simplicity and spirit that Bowens Island is known for.
With the sea breeze in the air, the salt water at your feet, and a plate full of the day’s catch, join us in honoring the bounty of the coast and the enduring legacy of a Charleston institution.
